its own wellness center. The hotel rooms
and suites are fully equipped with hotel
furniture, LCD TV with DVD player,
telephone, radio and minibar. Bathrooms
dispose of shower and toilet. All of the hotel
floors are accessible by a personal lift, by
central hotel stairway or escape stairway. In
the basement, there is situated a hotel
storage and gas boiler room. In the second
part of the basement, there is situated
wellness area and Coctail bar. The hotel
has its own parking lot with a capacity of 34
places. Thanks to hotel`s location, the hotel
is attractive not only for tourists but also for
inhabitants of Veľká Lomnica – possibility of
organizing private events, wedding, parties,
proms, etc.

The hotel is `almost finished` and needs
some additional hotel rooms and
suites are built and fully equipped with
furniture, beds incl. mattresses, lamps,
carpets, TV, minibar, etc. The hotel kitchen
is completed and fully equipped (except
small inventory), lobby bar and restaurant
are finished and equipped with appliances
(except arrangement of tables and
decorations), Cocktail bar – without tables
and decorations. Most finishing works
should be done in the wellness center
where the individual technologies are
partially installed, but there are not fully
completed tiles and some partitions. The
costs of full completion are estimated on
150 thousands EURO. These additional
works could be completed within 1-2
months.
